Timothy Foley joined SU Group in 1995.

As Director of Finance & Administration, he manages Human Resources and Information Technology for the Company and its affiliates. Timothy works closely with the President of SU Group to maintain financial goals and forecasting. Prior to his current position, Tim was an Accounting Manager for General Electric Medical Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University Of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Michael J. Polaski joined SU Group in 1989

Mike's experience within SU Group and SU Insurance Company range from business sales and account management to all aspects of operations with an in-depth emphasis on Underwriting including rate development and loss control within all major equipment types. His development and knowledge of SU Group Company's proprietary software (SUMIT ™), continues to lead in the equipment maintenance industry today. Mike holds a Degree in Business Administration from Carroll University, Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Christine Taylor joined SU Group in 1983.

Christine now serves as the Manager of Human Resources. Christine is responsible for all aspects of human resources including employee benefits analysis and administration, assisting with recruiting, corporate insurance, facility management in addition to managing the Office Services Department. She earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation of the GBA (Group Benefits Associate) designation and is currently completing a degree in Business Management.

Karen Hoffman joined SU Group in 1991

Karen now leads Accounting as its Manager. She is responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Taxes, Payroll, Cash Management including banking relationships and investments. Karen is an integral part of the Account Management team.

Robert Mausing joined SU Group in 2012.

Robert Mausing serves as Manager of Technical Services for Specialty Underwriters LLC and Mediserve, Inc. Robert is responsible for all SU and Mediserve Technical functions including the management of all the SU and Mediserve Call Center activities. Robert holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mathematics, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside, Kenosha Wisconsin.

Barb Herman

Barb Herman joined SU Group in 1986.

As the Underwriting Manager, Barb leads the in ensuring the implementation of procedures and providing risk assessments for growth across sectors like Education, Healthcare, Government, and Finance. Additionally, she's instrumental in account management and contributes significantly to overall operations. With her vast expertise and versatile skills, Barb is a crucial asset to our organization.

Carrie Benning joined SU Group in 1997.

Serving as the Reimbursement Manager, Carrie interacts with Account Managers, marketing staff and all operational departments to ensure Client satisfaction. Carrie is an instrumental part of the operations management team. She holds a Claims Adjuster License from the Louisiana Department of Insurance.

Gale Brooks-Franklin joined SU Group in 1983.

As the Manager of Account Coordinating for SU Group, she is responsible for facilitating the overall process of Maintenance Agreement and Insurance Policy issuance, as well as, equipment changes for the Education, Government, Finance and Healthcare programs. In her position, Gale interacts with all aspects of Client Services, Marketing and Account Management and is an essential team member in Operations Management. Gale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
