Mr. Polaski has been in the insurance industry since 1980 and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SU Group LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates.

He has 36 years of experience in the equipment maintenance management industry. His vision, expertise and direction have led SU Group while revolutionizing this industry he pioneered in 1982.
